The GRP Panels is made from SMC (Sheet Molding Composite) process by hydraulic hot pressed under temperature(150°C) and pressure conditions to maintain the best endurance. We are providing the standard size panel of size 1000*1000mm or 1000*1500mm. if required by client we have capability of pre insulated panels for the cold water storage applications.
The most important advantage of sectional panel tank is its ease of transportation and can be assembled in confined space having limited entry. The hot pressed panels do not contaminate the water are safe for potable water. The assembled tank weight is less compared to other storage mediums due to use of light weight stronger panels. The fasteners and internal reinforcements used for assembling are corrosion resistant type which reduces the periodical maintenance and improve the life expectancy of the tank.
Our sectional panel water tank is assembled by individual GRP panels inter connected by bolts and nuts. In between each panels there is single sided foam tape to act as water sealant. The external of reinforcement of tank includes corner angle, flat bars and stay plates.
